Ali Rowan said… Hi
Mike has put a call out for BOS exhibitors that requires a reply, since my earlier attempt didn't get noticed! Hope to see you for the BOS2012 meeting on saturday 21st at10am if you want to exhibit again this year. (Sorry that it's a bit short notice, but entry deadline is 31st).
Best Regards
Ali
Ali Rowan said… Hi Victoria, yes I'm happy to do something artistic with the kids. How much of my own stuff like pastels , papers, pens pencils etc do I need to provide? At present,it looks like I can stay for the whole session.
Will there be artist display space like last time? I can bring a slightly different selection and should have time to hang it from 9am, rather than friday if that's easier. If it's happening as in Feb with the boards, when will hung pictures need to be removed, since space may likely need to be prioritised for seating at the concert? I'm flexible and also not demanding that I must have space, since there are plenty of other artists who haven't yet had a turn. Alternatively, I'm willing to share the wall in the "drawing room" with any other artists that are helping
(eg Carl?).

France Ellul said… Hi Victoria, My band, Anwen, is doing a gig next Friday 4th March, 7.30 – 10.00 pm. It's a charity concert at the Christchurch Centre, Reading Road, Henley, RG9 1AG and is in aid of the charity ‘giving africa’ which is ‘helping to build a school in Burkino Faso, central Africa.’ We're on for the second half; the first half is the 'Sound Investments Choir'.
Tickets are £8 and are available from Sullivan’s (Hart Street, Henley) or on the door. There is a flyer which I can email to you except that I don’t know if it’s possible on this site. If you’d like a copy thereof, I can send it via normal email if you let me know your address.
Is it possible to advertise the gig on the Art4Every1 site?
Regards, France.

France Ellul said… Ok, thank you. Look forward to seeing the updated flyer.

France Ellul said… Hi Victoria,
Thanks for the extra info. re. timings etc. Is there a flyer yet (electronic or otherwise) for the event? If not yet, would you like me to take some flyers round and let people know about the event?
Regards,
France.
