The Ellipsis Network

The Ellipsis Network...for people who seriously love to make movies

Our aim is to build a vibrant creative community of filmmakers in High Wycombe.
We seek to involve people who wish to work with other filmmakers to initiate, develop and seek funding for film projects and those who want to contribute to projects, whether as producers, directors, locations, art department, cast, crew etc supporters or sponsors...
The group intends to raise funds for filmmaking through its activities and help to develop the creative talent and interests of its members.

Hello Greg,

Welcome to our group. We are active but are currently going through a phase of creativity in filmmaking rather than holding events. We would welcome input according to your interests.

We are meeting in London on Friday 20th this week; 7pm at the Royal Festival Hall, if you want to come along. (We will be talking about film projects and a potential film festival for Wycombe.) If that's a stretch, no worries, let's catch up with you locally sometime soon. Are you new in the area or already involved at the Arts Centre?

Our email address is theellipsisnetwork@gmail.com which we use more than this site. If you want to join in, please email and we will include you in arrangements.

Thank you for your interest,

Kind regards,

Mariko

Hi Mariko - would love to be involved in anything in the Wycombe area that I could help with - I could help with anything you need, really, given a little guidance!

Thanks Amanda - your help will be most appreciated. What kind of thing do you like most to be involved in? At the moment we re working voluntarily - currently we plan to run events for filmmakers and screenings for a wider audience. If there is enough interest we will start with a proper launch in the autumn. Hope alls well with you x

I have very limited experience in film-making apart from helping Dave Ford with his guerrilla films! However would be happy to help out with anything I could!
