Here is another artists organisation offering free insurance to members - once again, please check this out yourselves!  NB does not cover 3D art.

Regarding insurance of Artwork - if anyone is interested in joining AIR - Artists Interaction and Representation, they offer free insurance for your artwork while in an exhibition - don't know the full details as I don't need this - their home page is http://www.a-n.co.uk/air

We are keen for you to be part of the performance schedule Arts4every1 will be organising to happen in conjunction with Bucks Open Studios. So whilst the Visual Images Group do not recognise the peforming arts as part of the BOS fortnight we can do what we want and would love for you to be part of our performance showcase along with other complimentary performers.

I would welcome a chat with you to discuss the peformance schedule and also your requirements for performance space in the Church

Hi I will be calling in tomorrow at 10am but can only stop for a short while, so hopefully the number of participants will be finalised and the shared cost of entry confirmed asap.

We touched on PPL insurance yesterday at the meeting. I wasn't quite correct in saying you can get free insurance through AIR as you do first have to subscribe to a-n for artists. An Artist subscription + AIR membership gives you all sorts of benefits including the 'free' £5m PPL insurance. Annual subscription is £30 online card payment. http://www.a-n.co.uk Click on Join In.

Good meeting yesterday

If we secure over 15 artists I can confirm we will use the Church space for BOS

We will open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only and artists will have to equally share the rota. It's likely we will need 3/4 people per session

There are two more events to finalise your entry

Wed 25th Jan - drop in your Arts4every1 membership form and confirm your attendance - form will be available on the day for you to sign

hi nice to meet you all - just managed to navigate all the hoops and jumps to be part of the group. Nice to meet Amanda and Fay and Nicole (?) and Mike et al

Thought it would be nice to participate with a group of 'real' artists since I have no canvas, no medium and nothing, yet I have your mind as a 'palette' to paint on.
