Event Description

Hotspur

In 14th century Northumberland a woman waits on the fringes of battle, living through her husband’s final days and sensing his grim fate. Henry ‘Hotspur’ Percy is a precocious warrior with a fiery temper and a tendency to dabble in political intrigue…

 

Pierrot Lunaire

We see Pierrot, the moonstruck clown, moving through every facet of his character. He drinks, fears, loves the moonlight, as he reveals the dark and light of his personality bathed in the moon’s white glow.

 

Artistry and accessibility merge as we create this new take on Gillian Whitehead’s Hotspur and Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire.

formidAbility is delighted to be collaborating with Signdance Collective International as we explore the integration of Signdance into our work.
