Please can you help

Volunteers required please to help set-up a concert that is happening on Saturday evening. Chair shuffling and cleaning, moving items etc

Come and see the new stage in place now the choir stalls have been moved!

Also Saturday from 11am if you can't make Friday

ACTIONS FOR VOLUNTEERS 13TH (from 5pm) AND 14TH MAY (from 11am)

CHURCH

All chairs in church need dust removed and polishing

Andy Spinks positioning electrics and lighting for concert 5pm Friday 13th

Create counter tops for tea for concert

Move green chairs from halls to stage in church and position for orchestra

Prepare lower ground to maximize space for church chair storage on Sunday

HALLS

Move exhibition pop up to

1. Church to conceal stage units and feature A4E1 visuals for concert

Or 2. to road end in Halls Fill Mikes car with remaining waste items for dumping

Create space to store chairs

Design Wakeford space for WYSPAS cast use – move tables etc
