O Derry Boy says if one person confused many confused...hey it's just been going a year and the processes and communication need a bit of refinement...lets all chuck our effort in and we will get there... i did a sponsored walk to China in 2008 on behalf of RNId and i had 2 raise over 2 and a half thousand pounds, and you know waht, I had no idea where it would come from...yet people came to the rescue...go with the flow ..we will make it

Hi Amanda

Firstly you need to become a member of BVIG, on their homepage for BOS click on 'you must first become a member etc' underlined in blue type.  This will take you through to a choice of membership types e.g. £20 for online membership etc.

The entry fee is a separate issue, Mike will be coordinating a group entry, and this is in effect £70 + £25 for each participant, divided by the number of participants (if online application is used).  This is what you will be paying on Wednesday, (approx £35 pp depending on the number of participants which may also include small surchage for the use of the premises too)  Hope this is clear.

Hi Mike,

Sorry, but I am really confused (it doesn't take much I know!!) but I had it in my head after the meeting today that we had to pay £20 to join the Visual Images Group and then some other money on Wednesday between 111m and 4pm. But I just logged onto the VIS webpage and it's asking for £70: "After you have joined and paid you will be able to complete an entry for Bucks Open Studios if you wish to participate (the entry deadline is January 31st). The participation fee for 2012 is £70 for an individual entry plus £25 for additional group members if you complete your entry online (or £75 and £28 respecively if you complete a hard copy entry form)".

Could you please confirm who I have to join, what I have to pay, by when and who too, to exhibit at the Arts4everyone1 centre during the Bucks Open Studios weeks.

Hi!
I am hoping to attend but will have 2 young boys with me so may not be able to stay long. I am very keen to find out more. I took part last year and had a display in a cafe in Holmer Green, but I would like to find a more suitable venue. I hope to have a chat tomorrow.
